Delete your GathrRound account

GathrRound is run by Timothy Hahn. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open GathrRound and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the Settings button (the gear, top right).
3. Tap Manage Account, then Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion starts immediately and can't be undone.

If you can't get into the app

Email info@gathrround.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, username, photo, and “About me”) and your private details (email address, phone number, birthday, and settings).
• Your friendships and friend requests, the groups you own, and your membership of other groups.
• Events you host, with their invitations, guest lists, chats, and photos.
• Your invitations and replies to other people's events.
• The messages and photos you sent in chats.
• Your blocks, and our records about your account (such as notification tokens and usage limits).

What is kept

• Reports you sent about other people or content are kept without your identity, so the problem you reported can still be dealt with.
• Technical logs held by our hosting provider are deleted on their normal schedule, typically within 30 days.

To delete only some of your data without deleting your account, you can edit your profile, delete your own messages, delete events you host, and leave groups in the app. For anything else, email us.
